B2B project manager

We are IGM! We are a gaming agency based in Saint Petersburg. We work with brands that are interested in the gaming industry and esports. One of our areas of work is advertising and marketing. In 2012, IGM began forming as the largest community of video game fans in Russia and the CIS. We are present on the following platforms: VKontakte, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Twitch. Our total number of subscribers exceeds 6,000,000. Many companies are interested in placing creative and interesting ads on our platforms.

That is why we are looking for a new, energetic person to join our team, someone who will develop advertising sales on our platforms and become our teammate.

What you will definitely be doing:

Develop advertising sales on IGM's VKontakte, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Twitch platforms
Develop the existing and new client base: negotiate, present and build long-term relationships with clients
Create proposals for clients
Propose ideas for developing the advertising direction
Manage and expand the client base
Work in CRM (Bitrix24)

What we envision you to be:

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
Understanding of the offline advertising market
Excellent communication skills, ambitious and ready to achieve even greater results
Your English level is B2 or higher, including spoken and written communication
You are proactive by nature, love to communicate a lot, and chose sales because you know you can earn a lot from it
